A therapeutic technique that uses specific wavelengths of light, with a combination of red and near-infrared to stimulate cellular activity which then induces cell rejuvenation, faster healing, reduces inflammation, relieves pain and boosts collagen and elastin.

Glo Bed (Led Light Therapy)

Benefits of PRO Led Therapy

  • Red light therapy involves exposure to low-level wavelengths of red light around 600-650nm. It penetrates the skin to reach the cells and stimulate various biological processes.

Wound Healing: Accelerates the healing of wounds and reduces inflammation.
Muscle Recovery: Aids in muscle repair and reduces soreness from exercise.
Skin Brightening: Improves skin radiance, reducing redness and blotchiness.
Skin Health: Enhances collagen production and improves skin tone. Reduces wrinkles, acne and other skin blemishes.
Sports Recovery: Great for atheletes, it may penetrate the skin to reduce inflammation, enhance cellular repair, and improve circulation.

  • Infrared light therapy uses wavelengths beyond visible light around 700-1200nm and penetrates deeper into the tissues.

Deep Tissue Healing: Promotes healing of deeper tissues, muscles, and joints.
Pain Relief: Effective for relieving chronic pain and stiffness.
Circulation Improvement: Enhances blood flow and reduces inflammation.
Lymphatic Drainage: Helps stimulate lymphatic drainage, reduces swelling and improves skin clarity.

  • Blue light therapy uses wavelengths around 450-495nm.
It’s known for its antibacterial properties and its impact on mood and sleep.

Acne Treatment: Kills acne-causing bacteria and reduces inflammation.
Mood Regulation: Exposure to blue light in the morning can help regulate circadian rhythms and improve mood.

Sleep Disorders: Helps in resetting the circadian rhythm, which can be beneficial for sleep disorders, especially in cases of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).

Anti-Aging: Combines the skin-rejuvenating benefits of red light with the antibacterial properties of blue light.

  • HOW OFTEN CAN YOU USE LED THERAPY? LED therapy can be used daily, though frequency depends on individual needs and outcomes.

HOW OFTEN WILL I NEED TREATMENTS? Acute injuries (strains, cuts, bruises, burns) typically improve in 2-4 treatments. Chronic conditions may require up to 10 sessions for significant benefits, then weekly or bi-weekly maintenance sessions.

WHAT WILL I FEEL? LED therapy doesn't heat tissue but increases circulation, so you may feel a warming sensation.

DOES IT HELP SKIN REPAIR AND HEALING? Yes. Light is absorbed by skin cells, producing cellular energy (ATP) that drives tissue repair and healing. LED therapy benefits various skin conditions including wrinkles, scars, burns, acne, and psoriasis.

DOES IT REDUCE SIGNS OF AGING? Yes. LED therapy stimulates collagen production using red and near-infrared wavelengths. Since collagen provides skin elasticity and decreases with age, LED therapy helps reduce wrinkles and sagging skin.

DOES IT BENEFIT EXERCISE AND SPORTS? Definitely. LED therapy is clinically proven to enable more intense training, improve muscle strength, reduce post-exercise soreness, decrease injury recovery time, and speed return to training.

WHO CANNOT USE LED THERAPY? Consult your provider before treatment if you have: pregnancy, certain antibiotic use, thyroid conditions, eye exposure concerns, burns, or epilepsy.

Results may vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.
